Psychedelics are becoming the next breakthrough treatment and programs to heal and thrive in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capacities. From treating depression to helping manage alcohol addiction, researchers say legal medical “magic mushrooms” have many potential benefits. The Aztecs of Mexico referred to the mushroom as teonanácatl, or “God’s flesh”, in homage to its believed sacred power. “Magic mushrooms” are mushrooms that contain hallucinogens – usually psilocybin and psilocin. Taking magic mushrooms may cause you to see, hear or feel things that are not there, or to experience anxiety, fear, nausea and muscle twitches accompanied by increased heart rate and blood pressure. Although certain cultures have been known to use the hallucinogenic properties of some mushrooms for centuries, psilocybin was first isolated in 1958 by Dr. Albert Hofmann, who also discovered lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD).

How does it work
The module has four chapters. It’s designed so you’ll do one livestream chapter per week with our mentor – however, you are free to begin when you like and go at your own pace.
Each chapter presents a theme, explored through a series of engaging exercises.
These are profound, evolution-provoking, and transformative. They are designed to support you really dig into your a specific dimension of yourself and open up new ways to intregrate in your relations, career,…
You’ll also receive a workbook for each chapter.
So you can download and print out the entire course and work through it by hand – or if you prefer, write the exercises into your own journal or blog.
You’ll create your own weekly training ritual,
with a new insights for embodiment at the end of each chapter, and guidance for making this a special weekly event.
You’ll also build a regular evolutive practice
with self-awareness prompts to encourage you to relate to events or experiences in your own life, and thrive on a personal and professional level.
Main Questions
What is the time commitment? How much work is this course?
This isn’t a casual course – it does require you to put aside a few hours each week for livestream practice and work through the practical exercises.
What equipment do I need to do this course?
The basic requirement is your phone or computer. This course is journal-based, so you can expect to do a lot of writing! Downloadable worksheets are available for you to complete online or print out and fill in.
Will I get one-on-one support?
Yes, during the month of this module and after it, you will have access to the private group with mentor at the Being Evolution Club App.
How long will the materials be available?
This module is presented as a weekly livestream programme spread over four weeks, however, it is up to you how you approach it. There are no deadlines or assignments to turn in. If you prefer to go slower that’s fine. You will have access to the module for a whole year. The downloadable workbooks (one for each chapter) are yours to save and keep forever.
