Awareness Based Methodology

The Method Behind the Work
This training doesn’t teach you a single technique and send you out to apply it everywhere. It teaches you to sense depth — to know, in real time, whether a person needs to feel understood, feel held in their body, or feel their story inside the larger web of family and lineage they come from. You learn to move between these registers fluidly, because real healing rarely stays in one lane.
The result isn’t eclecticism for its own sake. It’s a coherent way of working that draws from existential inquiry, somatic practice, and systemic/ancestral perspective — three ways of seeing a person that, held together, rarely miss what matters.
By the end, guiding someone through the hardest terrain of their life won’t feel like intuition or luck. It will feel like something you were trained to do.

What will you gain:

Intensive I: Initiation Oct 27–31, 2026 Spain
This is where you stop learning about the work and start standing inside it. Before you can hold space for someone else’s depth, you have to know your own — where it lives, where it resists, and what it costs you to stay present when things get real. This intensive is built to take you there, deliberately and safely, so that everything you learn afterward is built on direct experience, not theory borrowed from a book.
You’ll leave not just informed, but changed — and bonded to a cohort who witnessed it with you.

Intensive II: Embodiment Jan 27–31, 2027 Netherlands
This is where you step out of the role of student and into the role of leader-in-training. You’ll co-facilitate real integration processes alongside experienced mentors, in real time, with real people — not simulations. Every session is a chance to sharpen your instincts, correct your blind spots, and build the kind of precision that only comes from doing the work under supervision, again and again, until it becomes second nature.
By the end, you won’t be hoping you’re ready. You’ll know.

Intensive III: Certification April 26 – May 2, 2027 Portugal
This is where you become the professional you set out to be. The final intensive shifts focus from practice to positioning — how you’ll price your work, structure your offer, hold ethical boundaries, and step into the field as a credentialed leader rather than a well-trained hobbyist. You’ll leave with more than a certificate. You’ll leave with a practice.
And then, because this milestone deserves it, we celebrate.

The Certified Program includes

You will meet with your mentor for individualized accompaniment, previous experience, actual intentions, and professional support.
All along the course, you will receive Integrative tools, practical guides, and dynamics to support your own process.
MONTHLY MODULES
There are 8 themed training modules, each lasting one month, with weekly classes, assignments, and time for rest, self-care, and integration.
WEEKLY LIVE SESSIONS
The 3 first Thursdays of the month there will be 90mins live lessons at 12hs CET. These learning meetings will involve Q&As, discussion, professional supervision, skill practice, and other group activities under the guidance of your training mentor.
ASSIGNMENTS
You will be provided a variety of assignments designed to support your active and engaged integration of wisdom and practices. We estimate assignments will take an average of 10 hours per month.

or over 15 years, Liana Aya has guided thousands through expanded states of consciousness, weaving ancestral remedies with psychotherapeutic and integrative dynamics across 30+ countries.
Initiated by Arhuaco and Cofán elders of Colombia, Shipibo shamans of the Amazon, Santo Daime practitioners, South African medicine carriers, and visionaries of many paths — her journey bridges worlds, honoring both spirit and science.
With a Master’s in Naturopathy, Nutrition, and Alternative Therapies, Liana founded Being Evolution Club, an international net of retreats, transformative sessions, and training in psychedelic facilitation and integration.

How much work is this course?
This isn’t a casual course – it does require you to put aside a few hours each week for livestream practice and work through the practical exercises.
What equipment do I need to do this course?
The basic requirement is your phone or computer. This course is journal-based, so you can expect to do a lot of writing! Downloadable worksheets are available for you to complete online or print out and fill in.
Will I get one-on-one support?
Yes, during the month of specific modules or full 8 months training, and after it, you will have access to the private group with mentor at the Being Evolution Club App.
How long will the materials be available?
This courses are presented as a weekly livestream programme spread over four weeks, however, you can also experience it from a self·paced approach. You will have access to the module for a whole year. The downloadable workbooks (one for each chapter) are yours to save and keep forever.
